About Michael:
Mike has been designing and creating his outdoor redwood
furniture for 23 years. Michael is the essence of the inventor and as such is continually improving and upgrading his work. This is not too say that his earliest customers got an inferior product. On the contrary, Michael receives letters from early customers thanking him for the great craftsmanship of their set. When they do find Michael at a show, they greet him like family. Michael's customers agree one-for-one that the tables are a bargain at any price. They are not just furniture, they are an example of fine craftsmanship and care that one would expect to find in a fine old violin. Like a violin, the table sets and furniture are built to last a lifetime.
Every year Mike designs new shapes or pieces to add to the selection. One Vermont woodworker magazine stated that Mike makes the finest outdoor furniture available in the world. Mike says "sometimes, but that this is a matter of taste -- We make the best available in this style, but there are many styles."
Mike delivers nearly every table personally. Occasionally, the furniture must be shipped in special crates to other states or countries. Our furniture has been sent to many countries, including the Royal Palace in Egypt and a castle in London! The furniture has been used in many movies including "Kindergarten Cops" and "The Two Jakes" and is ordered directly by Disney and Universal Studios."
